Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that all items comply with Florida law and all other applicable regulations before requesting delivery.

• Inspect packages when deemed necessary for safety or legal compliance

• Refuse or cancel service for any shipment suspected of containing illegal or prohibited items

• Report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities in accordance with Florida law

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not attempt to ship illegal or prohibited items

• You assume full legal liability for the contents of your shipment

• Nuntius Logistics LLC is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from your attempt to transport unlawful goods
